His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, reviewed the final plans for the building of the fourth branch of the “Ajman Markets Cooperative Society” in Ajman, whose total cost is 70 million AED, which is expected to be completed in 18 months, starting next September.

His Highness, the Ruler of Ajman, at the Diwan building, listened to an adequate explanation through the presentation given by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ajman Markets Cooperative Society, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, about the location of the project, which is located in the “Al Hamidiya” area, which is witnessing rapid development and growth in terms of Urban, residential and commercial projects, indicating the project's objectives, implementation period, and an overview of its equipment, which will include hypermarkets, shops, restaurants, and other services for the residents and visitors of the city of Ajman.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi said that the project will be one of the association's most important and largest projects, and will provide shoppers with food products at competitive prices and high quality within a modern shopping environment.

He explained that the building area of ​​the project is 20,000 square meters, and it contains a building dedicated to the Ajman Markets Cooperative Society hypermarket, with an area of ​​up to 10,000 square metres, 18 indoor shops, 15 outdoor shops, and departments for selling vegetables, fruits, baked goods, sweets, meat and poultry. Fresh fish and cheese.

An external space was also provided with a distinctive design, containing 22 restaurants and cafes of different sizes, suitable for this type of project, while 300 parking spaces were allocated for shoppers' vehicles.
