The aim is to reduce the burden on companies by unifying reports and brief reports with duplicate contents.



Furthermore, in order to promote the active participation of women, we have decided to require listed companies to describe the wage gap between men and women and the ratio of female managers in the securities report.



The Financial Services Agency is aiming to submit a bill to amend the law at the Diet next year at the earliest for unification into a brief report, and is also aiming to realize information disclosure such as the ratio of female managers as soon as possible.
