The second day of discussions at the G7 = Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors' Meeting of the seven major countries held in Germany has begun.

After the closing, it is expected to announce in a statement that it will support Ukraine, which is undergoing a military invasion, and will cooperate in responding to the global economy, which is feared to slow down due to soaring prices of raw materials such as crude oil.

The G7 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors' Meeting held near Bonn in western Germany was attended by Finance Minister Suzuki and Bank of Japan Governor Kuroda from Japan on the second day from 4:00 pm on the 20th of Japan time. Discussion has begun.



On the 20th, discussions will be held in a wide range of fields, such as dealing with the new coronavirus, climate change, and debt problems in low-income countries, for the June summit.

The meeting will close on the night of the 20th of Japan time, and the results of the two-day discussion will be announced as a statement.



Among them, Russia is strongly condemned for its continued military invasion, pressure is increased through economic sanctions, additional financial support for Ukraine in terms of medical care and education, and soaring prices of raw materials such as crude oil. It is expected to show the unity of the G7, such as coordinating measures to deal with the global economy, which is feared to slow down due to lack of food supply.
