China News Service, Shanghai, May 19 (Reporter Miao Lu) After seeing the "white list" of major construction sites in Shanghai to resume work and production, a stone in Li Xiao, general manager of Tencent Cloud East China, fell to the ground.

"Part of the civil engineering of the Tencent Yangtze River Delta Artificial Intelligence Advanced Computing Center and the industrial base project is in the critical stage of construction. If the long-term shutdown will cause irreversible risks such as deformation of the foundation pit." Li Xiao told a reporter from Chinanews.com.

As the first batch of major projects approved for resumption of work and production, the Tencent Yangtze River Delta Artificial Intelligence Advanced Computing Center and Industrial Base project is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Songjiang District, Shanghai. The park covers an area of 236 acres with a total construction area of 500,000 square meters.

According to Li Xiao, after completion, the computing center will become the largest artificial intelligence advanced computing hub in the Yangtze River Delta and the top three in the country. It will undertake various large-scale AI algorithm computing, machine learning, image processing, scientific computing and engineering computing tasks.

Before the epidemic, the D01-D08 computer room of the project had completed the civil engineering part, and the D07-D08 computer room had been delivered as a whole at the end of last year. At that time, it was in the critical period of the server's operation, and the rest of the civil engineering was also in the critical stage of construction.

On May 3, after the release of the "white list", the company immediately started to go through the relevant procedures. On May 6, the first batch of employees who resumed work in the prevention area was put on record. As of now, a total of more than 500 people have been invested in the project construction, including civil engineering. Workers, infrastructure management personnel, maintenance engineers, IT engineers, high-voltage electrical engineers and logistics support personnel, etc.

In fact, the resumption of work and production is inextricably linked, from upstream supply chain support, logistics and transportation, personnel return to work, research and development support, capital chain turnover, and even employee emotions.

In order to cope with the surge in network demand for home office and online classrooms during the epidemic and ease the pressure on the network and computing power, the resumption process of the D07-D08 computer rooms, which were delivered as a whole at the end of last year, has encountered "heavy tests".

Since the equipment under closed-loop management was not enough to support the network demand in the region, during the epidemic, Songjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Tencent, and Shanghai Longrui coordinated online and finally passed the high-speed exit buffer area to relay the ferry within 48 hours. The servers are mobilized and transported from Zhangjiakou, Nanjing and other places to the construction base, and then they are put into use immediately after sterilization, acceptance, and shelf testing, which partially relieves the pressure on network traffic in the area.

In order to ensure the safety of construction, the staff wears N95 masks throughout the process, and conducts daily antigen testing and nucleic acid testing every other day.

The project site has also set up functional areas such as "material stacking and disinfecting area", "nucleic acid detection area", "silent area", "isolation area", "production area" and "material area", and the responsibility system of special personnel is carried out at different points and points to ensure nucleic acid detection. , material entry, epidemic prevention and sterilization, epidemic prevention materials and logistics life support.

In addition, Shanghai Petrochemical's "24,000 tons/year raw silk, 12,000 tons/year 48K large tow carbon fiber" project has also entered a full sprint. On May 8, the first batch of 439 construction workers took the lead in entering the construction site.

On the 12th, the second batch of 436 construction workers followed up.

Up to now, the completion rate of the first large tow production line is close to 80%, to ensure that the first 48K large tow carbon fiber production line in China with a single line capacity of 2,000 tons/year will be handed over on July 18.

Innovent Biopharmaceutical Group's global R&D center project is currently under construction of the main basement structure. Next, it will sprint to the important node of the basement main structure capping.

The project is positioned in the product's new drug development, preclinical and clinical evaluation stages, cell therapy, pathology laboratory, etc., aiming to develop First-in-class products.

It is reported that the first batch of "white list" for the resumption of work and production of major construction sites involves a total of 24 projects, mainly focusing on safe production of construction sites and safe operation of cities, covering important fields such as technology industry, urban infrastructure, and social and people's livelihood.

At present, 16 projects of the first batch of 24 projects have resumed work, and 8 projects are in preparation for resumption of work.

Zhu Jianhao, deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Management Committee, said that at this stage, projects that are strategic and leading to the development of the industry are the main projects. Dynamic update.
