In detail, the consumer, Ahlam Ahmed Ali, said that there is chaos in sending electronic bills, as she suffered from not receiving purchase invoices several times after purchase, and therefore she did not see the invoices, and did not know the prices of many goods, indicating that she needed invoices at this time. He explained that he returned to using the paper invoice, after the failure or delay in sending the electronic invoice, for incomprehensible reasons, due to his desire to view the invoice, identify the prices of goods, and compare prices in various outlets, especially after the recent large increase.

The consumer, Magdy Saeed, said that electronic bills sometimes arrive late, and in some cases he discovered a large difference in the prices of some goods between the shelves and the invoice, and when he returned to the outlet, the employee informed him that the goods he had purchased were not offered in the discount offers, pointing to He could not return or exchange these goods, although they were very expensive, and he could have postponed the purchase, because the bill came late.
