Zhongxin Finance, May 11. According to the official website of the Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission, the "2022 Beijing Municipal Transportation Comprehensive Management Action Plan" was recently released (hereinafter referred to as the "Action Plan").
In 2022, Beijing will continue to adhere to the governance concepts of "people-oriented" and "slow traffic priority, public transport priority, and green priority", optimize supply, regulate demand, strengthen governance, and promote comprehensive transportation management to expand to wider areas and deeper levels.
The Action Plan proposes 35 measures and 190 tasks.
According to the Action Plan, by the end of 2022, the proportion of green travel in the central urban area will reach 74.6%, the proportion of citizens’ commuting trips within 45 minutes will reach 56%, and the proportion of bus stops with a transfer distance of less than 30 meters between the entrances and exits of rail stations will reach 45%. The average road traffic index during the period is controlled within 6.0 to ensure the safe, stable and orderly operation of urban traffic.
