With the good weather, restaurateurs find their customers and increase their turnover.

A first relief before the summer which looks promising, after the closures linked to the health crisis.

A pleasure shared with customers, already at the rendezvous, who rediscover sensations and the rays of the sun.

The cold finally bows out and gives way to high temperatures.

In the street, it is sometimes difficult to cross a sidewalk, as the terraces are taken over by customers who hope to sip a cold drink while catching the rays of the sun.

"Every lunchtime, the terrace is full"

Facing her crowded terrace, Laura is smiling.

This manager is delighted to fill up: “The temperatures mean great sun, cocktails, tourism and more customers. Besides, we feel that they are much more joyful and it is much more motivating for the waiters! "

Turnover is also good.

Even if there is still a lack of staff, Kevin, the owner of a Parisian bar, is relieved.

After the painful episodes of pandemic and closure, the wind is now blowing in the right direction: "The Covid is over, it's working better and better. Now, every lunchtime, the terrace is full. We have 25% of customers in more!” he insisted.

Customers happy to be back in the sun

This beautiful weather found also makes happy among the customers.

Cyrine has her eyes closed, her hair loose, and tans on her corner of the sidewalk: "We had a little fresh grenadine, that means the holidays are approaching and that puts balm in the heart. Even the rooftops and everything, we're going to go more!" she said with a broad smile.

A few terraces further, Céline is seated with a steaming coffee.

She resumed her good habits: "I dropped the sweater, the coat and it's nice. Now that the weather is good, I'll go out on the terrace four to five times a week".

In front and behind the bar, everyone is taking advantage of the high temperatures and hoping to see them last through the summer.
