"You only need a mobile phone, you can get a refund if you can't earn 200 yuan within 30 minutes. It can be used by Bao Ma, student party, minors, and unemployed people. It's pure dry goods, and there are no routines." "No funds, no threshold, as long as you After purchasing this recipe for making money, you can easily achieve 'income after sleep' with just a mobile phone." At present, there are a lot of advertisements about "earning artifact lying down" in some e-commerce platforms and website advertising links.

The so-called "laying earning artifact" is actually various types of "order-taking" apps. After downloading, users can receive tasks on the app, such as commodity price haggling, downloading other apps to help task publishers receive newcomer benefits, and small program registration. Use etc to earn commissions to make money.

The sales records of an e-commerce platform show that some online stores have sold more than 10,000 “Laying and Earning Artifacts”, and the comment area has received “rave reviews”.

So, is there really such a good thing as "playing with mobile phones can make money easily"?

To this end, the "Rules of Law Daily" reporter launched an investigation.

Reporters from a number of related online stores have seen that the price of "Laying and Earning Artifacts" is around 1 yuan, and the promotional pictures all have similar advertising slogans such as "you can easily make money by playing with your mobile phone, and withdraw cash to your account in seconds".

In order to verify the statement, the reporter spent 1.29 yuan to buy a "money-making secret" in one of the stores.

Then the customer service sent a link to the network disk file with 10 "order-receiving software", and specially emphasized: "The download link or website in the network disk should be copied and opened with the mobile phone's own browser. If the system blocks the download, Choose to trust the software." The customer service told reporters that he is also doing it himself, and currently earns about 130 yuan a day on average. If he only uses the fragmented time to eat and sleep, he can also "stable for dozens of yuan."

The reporter opened the online disk file and found that there were download links for each App and an introduction to how to make money.

After downloading 5 softwares, the reporter found that the money-making routines are similar: there are countless download, registration, follow and other reward tasks in the "Laying Earning Artifact" App. After completing the released tasks and uploading the successful registration screenshots, it will be reviewed and approved by the publisher. To get a bounty, the bounty can be big or small, ranging from one yuan to more than ten yuan. The biggest source of income is to download various apps to help the other party get large cash rewards.

In addition, there are help, bargaining, application trial, small program experience, etc.

At first glance, these software seem to be about the same as the merchants advertise, and you can make money with the click of a finger.

So is this really the case?

During the use process, the reporter found that, including the order receiving software itself, these apps cannot be searched in the regular mobile phone application mall, and after downloading, in order to register for use and receive newcomer rewards, users are often required to provide mobile phone numbers and contacts. Even private information such as ID photos.

Signing up has the risk of leaking privacy, is it true that you can make money easily?

In order to gain a deeper understanding, the reporter took more than 20 "making money" tasks on the App, but found that these tasks are often difficult to complete, and it is even more difficult to get money.

One of the tasks to get a newcomer bounty requires uploading screenshots of successful registration and assistance, but the uploaded screenshots must be exactly the same as those requested by the task publisher, and a slight difference will not pass.

After the screenshot was uploaded, the reporter failed to pass, and the "newcomer qualification" was used up but did not get any reward.

A task with a reward of 5.62 yuan requires users to register and activate an insurance app, and claims that the whole process does not incur any costs, but when the reporter operates to the last step of completing the task, he is required to spend 9.9 yuan to buy an insurance.

There is also a task rewarding 17.59 yuan, requiring users to download and register a game for trial play. During the trial, the reporter was asked to complete three tasks in the game.

One of the tasks requires users to download 3 different software and register, and then follow the prompts to complete other tasks after registration... These tasks have become a "serial set", the reporter tossed for more than an hour, there are always two or three tasks Can not be completed in progress, but can only give up.

In the end, the money was not made, but a bunch of useless software was added to the mobile phone.

Many netizens told reporters that even if they "earned money", they could not withdraw cash at any time as advertised.

Most of these “Laying and Earning Artifacts” apps set a single withdrawal amount, such as 2 yuan, 4 yuan, 8 yuan, etc. At the same time, it is clear that you can only withdraw once a day, and you must complete the relevant tasks to obtain the withdrawal qualification, and the withdrawal procedures are extremely complicated.

On the third-party complaint platform, many netizens reported that after discovering that "Laying and Earning Artifact" could not bring as much profit as the store promised, they only found out when they were about to delete it, that they had unknowingly used a mobile phone to download a large amount of money. There are piles of useless software, and some "rogue software" are difficult to completely delete, resulting in frequent problems such as freezes on the mobile phone.

In the view of Ren Chao, a professor at the School of Economics and Law of East China University of Political Science and Law, these "earning tools" are used to make money as a gimmick, attracting users to register with their real names and accepting orders, creating traffic for other apps. The way of time and personal information privacy grabs profits far higher than user commissions for itself.

"The Personal Information Protection Law clarifies that the collection of personal information should be limited to the minimum scope for processing purposes, and should not be excessively collected. At the same time, it is required to follow the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity and integrity. These non-essential collection of personal information is suspected of breaking the law."

Ren Chao said that some tasks in these "Laying Earning Artifact" apps must be performed through designated third-party links or programs. Most of these designated links or software programs cannot be downloaded from normal channels and may contain Trojan horse viruses.

After jumping or downloading the software, the user's personal electronic device may be maliciously modified, and there are huge hidden risks to the privacy of personal information and property security.

Objectively speaking, even if the user really successfully withdraws money through the "Laying Earn Artifact" App, the amount of benefit is not worth the gain compared to the amount of time and energy spent.

Ren Chao believes that the business model of the "Laying Earning Artifact" app that increases traffic by issuing reward tasks is beyond reproach, but in the actual operation process, due to the lack of supervision, and the e-commerce platform itself has not set up a reasonable and necessary review mechanism, resulting in this type of App Infringe the legitimate rights and interests of users by various illegal means.

He proposed that e-commerce platforms should continuously improve risk prevention mechanisms, including reasonable and necessary review and response mechanisms, risk reminder mechanisms, and user feedback and comment mechanisms.

The platform has the obligation to protect the security of personal information for the business activities of the operators on the platform, and shall not collect the personal information of users beyond the necessary, reasonable and legitimate scope.

The platform shall take necessary measures in a timely manner when it knows or should know that the published content or qualifications of the operators on the platform are defective, otherwise it will be jointly and severally liable with the operators.

"There are a lot of legal problems in 'Laizhuan Artifact', which requires relevant departments to strengthen supervision. It is recommended to adopt a smart digital system, regularly review the management and protection measures of these apps for user information, publicize the list of unqualified platforms, and give administrative guidance or if necessary. Take it off the shelves. The public security department, market supervision department, and network information department should strengthen cooperation to achieve pluralistic co-governance.” Ren Chao said.
