The report shows that in 2021, the ease of doing business in Qinghai Province will be 82.37, a year-on-year increase of 10.2 percentage points. Xining has become one of the fastest-growing cities in the country.
It is reported that Qinghai Province has introduced 251 hard-core measures to improve the quality of the business environment. The core indicators have basically reached the domestic average level, and the satisfaction of market players is relatively high.
Among them, the indicators such as starting a business, registering property, obtaining electricity, paying taxes, labor market supervision, government services, and ecological environment have made rapid progress. In particular, the registered property indicator has increased by 12.93%, entering the “first phalanx” in the country.
The evaluation reflects that the business environment of the 8 cities and prefectures in Qinghai Province has shown a significant trend of optimization.
Xining Economic and Technological Development Zone focuses on better serving market players, enhancing investment attractiveness, significantly improving the business environment, and significantly enhancing the sense of gain for market players.
