The report shows that after the epidemic, about 80% of job seekers tend to look for jobs that can work remotely from home, and about 90% of job seekers hope that their companies will allow employees to work from home remotely after the epidemic.
Regardless of the epidemic, about 95% of job seekers want to be able to work remotely from home at least one day a week.

Before the epidemic, less than 10% of jobseekers’ companies allowed remote work from home, and remote work from home accounted for only about 1 in 1,000 of all job postings.

From the perspective of geographical distribution, more than half of the posts posted by the eastern region, and the share posted by the central and western cities increased after the epidemic; Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other first-tier cities are the main cities for posting remote home office jobs. Wuhan , Chengdu, Xi'an, Zhengzhou and other central and western cities are in the forefront.

In the industry, the IT/communication/electronics/internet industry has released more than 40% of remote home office jobs, accounting for the highest proportion.
The proportion of telecommuting jobs in the culture/media/entertainment/sports industry, finance industry, and real estate/construction industry has risen rapidly after the epidemic, reflecting the role of digital transformation in promoting the flexibility of work content, nature and work methods.
Report shows that long commutes, high housing costs and the need to take care of a family are important factors for job seekers wanting to be able to work from home remotely, especially for job seekers in big cities; "lower wages" "lack of boundaries between work and life" Factors such as "impacting the productivity of teamwork" have become the main concerns of job seekers regarding remote work from home.
