Japan Airlines, a major aviation company, announced on the 6th last year that the group's overall financial results for the year were a deficit of 177.5 billion yen.


The final deficit has been for the second consecutive year, mainly due to the prolonged impact of the spread of the new coronavirus.


In this fiscal year's earnings forecast announced at the same time, the outlook for final profit is set at a surplus of 45 billion yen in anticipation of a recovery in demand.
