According to Zabortsev, this measure, among others, is capable of supporting production, commodity markets and the standard of living of ordinary Russians.
At the same time, as the specialist emphasized, it is necessary to move on and create state agents who, on the one hand, will develop parallel imports and help import the missing goods into the country.
“On the other hand, the state should take the next step - it is necessary to refuse to recognize patents from unfriendly countries and start establishing its own production of analogues.
Then this list from the list of parallel imports will turn into a task list for our industry,” the economist added.
The entrepreneur expressed confidence that his own production is able to "confidently resolve the situation with foreign sanctions and import restrictions."
