Radim Passer is a rich, very rich businessman.
His fortune (the 33rd in the world) allows him, among other things, to afford Bugattis at the wheel of which he likes to film his “exploits”, in this case driving as fast as possible on German motorways where the speed is unlimited.
In 2015, he had reached 402.5 km / h at the wheel of a Veyron.
But that wasn't enough for him.
Two years later, our man is doing it again, with a Chiron.
Mission accomplished, he reached 417 km/h… while filming himself and broadcasting the video on social networks.
