“Bank CenterCredit JSC announces the completion of the transaction for the acquisition of 100% of ordinary shares of SB Alfa-Bank Kazakhstan JSC,” the BCC press service said.

It is noted that after registration, the credit institution will operate under the new brand ECO BANK.

The conditions for banking products for existing customers will remain the same.

Earlier, Interros acquired a 35% stake in the Tinkoff group, the deal was approved by the Central Bank.
