China News Service, May 5 (Reporter Liu Yuying) According to the "Top 100 Counties with Investment Potential in China in 2021" released on the 5th, Kunshan City, Jiangyin City, and Yiwu City are among the top three counties in China's top 100 investment potential counties.

  The report was jointly released by China Digital Economy Association of 100 and Zhongcheng Think Tank.

Its index system also takes into account the achievements of county-level investment promotion and key factors affecting future investment, such as industrial foundation, high-end elements, and carrying space.

The indicator system consists of 2 first-level indicators, 13 second-level indicators, and 21 third-level indicators.

  According to the evaluation results, in 2021, the top 100 counties with investment potential in China will show the characteristics of strong in the east and weak in the west.

Among the top 100 counties, a total of 88 counties (cities) in the east were shortlisted, accounting for nearly 90% of the top 100 counties with investment potential. In Hubei, Hunan, Anhui and other provinces, accounting for a total of 10%; 1 county (city) in each of the western and northeastern regions was shortlisted for the top 100 counties, namely Dujiangyan City in Chengdu and Zhuanghe City in Dalian.

  From the perspective of provinces, the distribution of China's top 100 investment potential counties and provinces in 2021 presents a three-level echelon pattern.

The first echelon is Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces. Among the top 100 counties, Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces occupy 33 seats and 29 seats respectively, leading other provinces by a large margin. It is characterized by "five-in-one" comprehensive development, business environment, and investment promotion. Key indicators such as investment execution, industrial carrying space construction, and mid-to-high-end supporting elements for industrial development all scored high; the second echelon was Fujian and Shandong provinces, with 10 and 11 counties (cities) shortlisted respectively; the third echelon was Hunan , Anhui, Hubei, Henan, Hebei, Guangdong, Liaoning, Jiangxi and Sichuan provinces, a total of 17 counties (cities) were shortlisted, and the seats were 3 seats, 3 seats, 3 seats, 1 seat, 1 seat, 4 seats, 1 seat and 1 seat, accounting for 17% in total.

  From the perspective of the ranking gradient, the top 50 counties in China's top 100 investment potential counties in 2021 are mainly composed of counties (cities) belonging to the five provinces of Jiangsu, Fujian, Zhejiang and Hunan, of which Zhejiang occupies 26 seats, ranking first, followed by Jiangsu, occupying 16 seat.

In addition, Shandong, Hunan and Fujian contributed 3 seats, 3 seats and 2 seats in turn.
