The economic future looks gloomy, according to Bruno Le Maire.

While France is "facing considerable economic difficulties", the Minister of the Economy estimated on Thursday that "the hardest part is ahead of us".

“There is the war in Ukraine, the surge in the price of raw materials, a new inflation which is the first subject of economic concern”, explained Bruno Le Maire in Evreux.

The minister wants to "participate in the success of this five-year term"

Bruno Le Maire, who announced his decision not to stand for re-election in the 1st constituency of Eure, affirmed that "his political life continues".

In accordance with my commitments, I will not serve more than three terms in the first constituency of Eure.

Consequently, I will not stand for re-election in the legislative elections of June 12 and 19.

I remain and will remain totally committed to national political life.
