In the aftermath of the May 1 demonstrations, the increase in the minimum wage was welcomed by the French.

But yet, some expenses remain heavy in the wallet.

Indeed, some social aids have decreased due to the rise in the price of energy, with gas and electricity.

This drop comes at the worst possible time: the prices of energy, gas and electricity are exploding while more and more families are embarking on renovation work.

The Ministry of Ecological Transition actually wants to reach a larger number of families to speed up the renovation work.

The problem is that the envelope has not moved.

So mechanically, the amount of aid per family decreases.
