The building includes 63 floors, and two basements.

The construction of this building began in 2005 and was completed in 2008, and was ranked 154th in the list of tallest buildings in the world, while ranked 33 in the Middle East, and is the sixth tallest tower in Dubai.

The building was designed to be thin, and to include a dome and an antenna column, which made it distinguished from other towers.

The building is located in the "Dubai Marina" area, which is famous for its high-rise residential buildings, offering its residents a unique lifestyle.

The building includes two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, five-bedroom penthouses, and freehold properties.
