In the event of flight adjustments caused by sudden outbreaks in individual regions, the Civil Aviation Administration will continue to urge airlines to provide follow-up services such as information notification, ticket refunds and changes in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Regulations on the Regularity of Flights" and the "Regulations on the Management of Passenger Services for Public Air Transport". work and make it as convenient as possible for travelers.
