Fresh and wet rice noodle is a local specialty food in Guangxi, and the rice noodle industry is gradually developing into an advantageous characteristic industry in Guangxi.

As of April 20, Guangxi has 526 certified production enterprises of fresh and wet rice noodles, and 468 normal production enterprises.

At present, the Guangxi market produces about 2,500 tons of fresh and wet rice noodles every day, using about 1,000 tons of raw grains.

  According to the relevant person in charge of Guangxi Sanpinwang Rice Noodles Production Co., Ltd., the company produces about 20 tons of fresh and wet rice noodles every day, which is equivalent to 80,000 bowls of rice noodles at 250 grams per bowl.

The 2,500 tons of rice noodles produced in Guangxi every day can make 10 million bowls of rice noodles. Calculated at an average of 10 yuan per bowl, the average daily sales can reach 100 million yuan.

Regarding the processing conditions, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Market Supervision Bureau revised and issued the "Guangxi Fresh Wet Rice Noodle Production License Review Rules (2022 Edition)", which will be implemented on April 25 this year at the same time as the above standards.

The temperature of product storage or transportation should be ≤26℃; "Fresh and Wet Rice Noodles" should be marked in a prominent position on the product package, and the category should be marked according to the product standard requirements, such as fresh and wet rice noodles (cut flour), etc.
