The prices of old real estate have experienced a significant annual increase in Dijon (Côte-d'Or).

The prices of housing to buy have indeed increased by 8.7% between the first quarter of 2022 and the same period the previous year.

An increasing offer

The specialist also noted the placing on the market of 918,000 properties between January and the end of March this year in Dijon, one of the cities in which he was interested.

This is a decrease of 6% in twelve months.

At the beginning of 2022, the average price per square meter was 2,969 euros for single-family houses and 2,946 euros for apartments.

Those responsible for the barometer also noted that in Dijon, 11% of old homes put up for sale are classified in energy categories F and G, the worst, against 6% on average across France.
