Poland will propose to the EU to introduce a fee for the use of energy from Russia

“The solution that we will propose at the EU summit is the introduction of a kind of Russian ETS (European Union Emissions Trading System) ... We want to increase interest, we want to mobilize countries to move away from Russian energy sources as soon as possible,” the minister noted.

Earlier it was reported that the Polish authorities imposed sanctions against Gazprom and NOVATEK.
