  After the service areas and toll stations are closed, they must actively cooperate with relevant departments to complete personnel isolation, precise flow adjustment, rapid disposal, and comprehensive terminal disinfection as soon as possible. After passing the acceptance of the territorial joint prevention and control mechanism, they will resume operation immediately.

  Under the overall arrangement of the provincial-level joint prevention and control mechanism, actively cooperate with local public security, health and other departments to scientifically and reasonably set up road epidemic prevention checkpoints. It is strictly forbidden to set up more than 2 (inclusive) epidemic prevention checkpoints in the same direction of the same section of ordinary highways. It is strictly forbidden to set up epidemic prevention checkpoints on the main lines and service areas of expressways, and it is strictly forbidden to simplify and "one size fits all" prevention and control measures.

In cooperation with health and other departments, sufficient nucleic acid and antigen testing points are set up in the vicinity of highway epidemic prevention checkpoints, and nucleic acid testing points are set up in expressway service areas with large traffic flow.
