On April 25, Liu Xiaoshi, executive deputy secretary-general of the China Electric Vehicle 100 Association, pointed out at the "Energy China" of the China News Agency Guoshi Forum that small and medium-sized cities and rural areas will become new market growth points for new energy vehicles.
He pointed out that at present, new energy vehicles are mainly developing rapidly in large and medium-sized cities. In the first quarter of this year, the penetration rate of new energy vehicles has reached 20%.
In the third stage of the development of new energy vehicles, small and medium-sized cities and rural areas will become the focus of development.
