For his part, the official in the management of one of the commercial centers, Samir Asaad, said, "It is expected that the Eid al-Fitr period will witness a commercial recovery and a large-scale commercial movement, so that the movement will return to its levels that prevailed in 2019 before the Corona pandemic."

He added, "It is expected that this year will witness a growth in the number of visitors in commercial centers, at rates ranging between 10 and 15% compared to 2021," noting that the decision to increase the capacity in the malls, and the decrease in the number of injuries, in addition to the discount offers that the centers are witnessing during Eid Al Fitr, and recreational activities for families, contribute to supporting the commercial movement during the Eid holiday in particular and the current year in general.

He noted that the last period witnessed an increase in occupancy rates in commercial centers, after opening new stores, which contributed to supporting the commercial movement, bringing the number of visitors to its level before the Corona pandemic.

In turn, retail expert, Davey Nagpal, called on malls to focus on large marketing offers, to attract more shoppers in this season, which is one of the most important buying seasons of the year.

He noted that the commercial centers have a great opportunity to reach large numbers of visitors and tangible growth in sales, this year, in light of the start of life returning to normal, and the easing of precautionary measures significantly, provided that attractive and real offers are provided that suit the needs of shoppers in various fields.
