The union presented 19 items and specific companies such as kitchen and bathroom furniture and tiles, saying that it would upgrade the finishing materials.

He even offered to pay more if there was an extra cost.

However, the construction company countered that it was difficult, saying that it had already placed an order for finishing materials according to the existing contract.
