The State Duma approved the appointment of Isaev, Gabunia and Zabotkin as members of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank

On February 22, the State Duma Committee on the Financial Market recommended that the lower house of parliament support these candidates.

Earlier it was reported that the deputies of the State Duma at the plenary session on April 21 will consider the annual report of the Central Bank of Russia and the candidacy of Elvira Nabiullina for the post of chairman of the financial regulator.

In addition, the deputies had to consider a draft resolution on the appointment of Philip Gabunia, Alexei Zabotkin and Yuri Isaev to the positions of members of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia.
