By 11:30 a.m., the exchange rate of the American currency was declining by 42 kopecks “tomorrow” to 78.1 rubles and was already falling to 77.92 rubles, RIA Novosti writes.
The euro exchange rate fell by 13 kopecks to 83.97 rubles.
Earlier, Georgy Ostapkovich, director of the Center for Market Research at the Institute for Statistical Research and Economics of Knowledge at the Higher School of Economics, gave a forecast regarding the dollar and euro rates in an interview with RT.
