[Explanation] Grain rain is coming, and it is now the harvest season for seafood such as Lipipi shrimp in the Bohai Bay. As long as the weather permits, 70-year-old Qin Songlin goes out to sea every day to catch shrimp.

Qin Songlin is a fisherman in Beidaihe District, Qinhuangdao City. He has been with the sea since he was a child, and he started fishing in the sea when he was in his twenties.

At the time of the production team (time), there were four people in a small boat, and (I) was seasick when I first went to sea.

In order to earn more (work) points, I persevered (persistently), and (going overseas) was just a little bit of subsidized food and a little bit of work points.

[Explanation] A few days ago, the reporter boarded a fishing boat and followed Qin Songlin to experience a "sea fishing".

At 5 a.m., Qin Songlin and his companions came to the beach and started various preparations before going to sea.

After everything was ready, we set off against the rising sun.

It is to bring the tools for the day, bring some crotch pants, water shoes, and fresh water must be brought.

If you see that there is a strong wind, we will not go there. If you have a strong wind of level 7 to 8, that person is not safe and cannot (can) do it at all.

[Explanation] The fishing area is not far away, about 3 nautical miles from the coast. After about half an hour, we arrived at the first net casting area in Qin Songlin and started the net collection operation.

The big guy belongs to the sea, and this fishery belongs to the big guy.

But when playing the net, you can go down here, and he can go down there, you can stagger each other and get out of the way.

I put it off the Internet the day before, and I picked it up the next day after I finished it.

[Explanation] Under the operation of Qin Songlin, the thousand-meter-long fishing net adhered to the fresh Pippi shrimp and was dragged onto the fishing boat.

While closing the net and dropping the net, 4 hours passed without realizing it, and Qin Songlin was quite satisfied with today's harvest.

Look at this Pipi shrimp, the country closed the sea on May 1 (last year) to raise fish fry. This is due to the country's good leadership.

The fry have been bred.

It's all for the sake of the people's life (for the sake of it), and (let the people) fish more.

The people are living well now, and the days are getting better.

[Explanation] On the way back, Qin Songlin said that today's voyage was relatively smooth, and the situation at sea was not like that on land, and there were often unexpected situations.

He also talked about his experience of saving people at sea many years ago.

  [Soundtrack] Qin Songlin

I saved people (it was) more than ten years ago. The rules of the sea must save people.

you know what?

There is this rule.

Seeing death and not being saved is a crime.

When I woke up that morning with a strong northwest wind, I also went out to sea, and when I came back from the sea (saw) there was a small rubber boat for fishing, (I) came back from there, I saw it was a small rubber boat, and there was someone on it, so I leaned on him He came to the rescue, I saved his life, and we became good friends later.

[Explanation] The fishing boat docked, and Lao Qin and his companions carried the bundled fishing nets and walked towards the family members who were already waiting on the shore to pick the nets.

On the beach, he skillfully picked off the Pipi shrimp adhering to the fishing net, and after a while, the full frame of shrimp was packed.

  [Soundtrack] Qin Songlin

To be honest, I'm not really doing it for money, I just go to sea because I'm in a good mood. I'm seventy years old, and the kids won't let me do it.

I say go, I'm in the sea, I'll exercise, I'm working all day, and I don't feel tired.

If you don't let me do it, I can't stand playing mahjong at home.

I am (yes) used to it. As long as I am healthy, I will (prepare) to work for a few more years.
