The text stated that the company is the construction and operator of the Jingyitong online system, and Bank of Beijing Co., Ltd. is the investor of the Jingyitong online system, and refuses to fulfill its investment obligations. The company alone pays hundreds of millions of yuan for the Jingyitong project. The cost is as long as seven years. Due to the inability to bear the high operating costs, the Jingyitong online system will be officially shut down from 9:00 on April 20, 2022.

The Beijing Municipal Health Commission said that on the evening of April 18, a notice of suspension of operation of Beijing Yihe Spring Technology Co., Ltd. flowed out online.
The commission and the Beijing Hospital Management Center have urgently notified both parties that they will further urge and guide both parties to proceed from safeguarding the public interest, and resolve disputes rationally in accordance with the law, so that the general public can continue to obtain convenient online appointment services.
The Bank of Beijing said: "Our bank has received a notice from Beijing Jardine Technology Co., Ltd. about the suspension of 'Jingyitong'. Our bank has always attached great importance to the safe operation of 'Jingyitong', and our bank will earnestly fulfill social Responsibility, continue to actively communicate with Beijing Jardine Technology Co., Ltd., strengthen the coordination of all parties with a rational attitude, and ensure the normal medical treatment of patients."
It is reported that the appointment and registration channels of Beijing medical institutions mainly include the unified platform for appointment and registration (114 platform), the Jingyitong platform, clinic appointments, community appointments and referrals, hospital official websites and mobile apps, self-service machines, on-site appointments, etc.
Among them, the "Beijing Tong·Jingyitong" appointment registration platform was developed and completed in 2016, and the number of networked municipal hospitals is shared across hospitals.
