Zhongxin Finance, April 15. On April 15, data released by the National Bureau of Statistics showed that in March 2022, the number of cities with a month-on-month decrease in the sales price of commercial housing decreased, and the year-on-year or increase in all tier cities decreased.

Among the 70 large and medium-sized cities, 38 and 45 cities saw a month-on-month decrease in the sales prices of newly-built commercial housing and second-hand housing, a decrease of 2 and 12 respectively from the previous month.

  The sales price of new commercial housing in first-tier cities rose by 0.3% month-on-month, and the increase was 0.2 percentage points lower than the previous month; second-hand housing in first-tier cities rose by 0.4% month-on-month, and the increase was 0.1 percentage points lower than the previous month.

The sales price of new commercial residential buildings in second-tier cities remained the same month-on-month, the same as last month; second-hand residential buildings decreased by 0.1% month-on-month, and the decline rate narrowed by 0.2 percentage points from the previous month.

The sales prices of new commercial residential buildings and second-hand residential buildings in third-tier cities fell by 0.2% and 0.3% month-on-month, respectively, and the decline was both 0.1 percentage points lower than the previous month.
