In his opinion, in this matter it is necessary to "separate the short-term and medium-term periods."

“If the sanctions remain generally basically at the level at which they are now, then about two years for restructuring, no less,” RIA Novosti quotes the head of the Accounts Chamber.

He added that "there will have to be rebuilt for many years."

Kudrin specified that he meant the import substitution of a large number of goods, the development of technologies and investments in the construction of new enterprises.

Kudrin also predicted inflation in Russia in 2022 at the level of 17-20%.
