Some of the taxes and fees that have been deferred in the fourth quarter of 2021 by manufacturing small, medium and micro enterprises will be postponed for another 6 months, and the payment of some taxes and fees in the first and second quarters of 2022 will be postponed.

The State Administration of Taxation has consolidated its responsibilities step by step to ensure the implementation of the tax deferral policy.

  March is the first month of the implementation of the extension of the policy of delaying the payment of taxes and fees for small, medium and micro enterprises in the manufacturing industry.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Income Planning and Accounting Department of the State Administration of Taxation, in March, tax authorities nationwide handled a total of 256.7 billion deferred tax payments, benefiting a total of 2.57 million enterprises, basically covering all small, medium and micro enterprises in the manufacturing industry with tax declarations.

Among them, medium-sized enterprise households deferred tax payment of about 440,000 yuan, and small and micro enterprises deferred tax payment of about 50,000 yuan.

This is equivalent to the state providing an interest-free loan for small, medium and micro enterprises in the manufacturing industry, which is conducive to alleviating the financial pressure of enterprises and improving their production and operation.

  In order to promote the deferred tax payment policy, the State Administration of Taxation will automatically extend the taxpayers' deferral of tax payment in the fourth quarter of 2021. Eligible taxpayers can apply for the relevant taxes and fees that have been paid by exempting the form and processing them in batches. To simplify the procedures for tax refunds, so that taxpayers can easily and quickly obtain "living water of funds".

  During the epidemic, the Shanghai Taxation Bureau carried out online counseling for taxpayers who meet the conditions of preferential policies regarding the tax deferral policy.

  In Shandong, Zhang Yutang, the person in charge of an environmental protection building materials company, introduced that after the introduction of the tax deferral policy, the tax staff provided them with a tax deferral of nearly 2.6 million yuan, which relieved the financial pressure of the company.

In Shenzhen, the tax authority promotes "contactless" handling of tax deferrals, and guides taxpayers to extend the payment period. Taxpayers can enjoy the policy without submitting applications, correcting declarations, or providing information.
