This year's points settlement application work is divided into five stages, the specific time schedule is as follows:
The first is the declaration stage (from 8:00 on April 14 to 20:00 on May 13, a total of 30 natural days).
The second is the summary stage of departmental audit results (from May 14 to June 2, a total of 20 natural days).
The third is the audit result query stage (8 natural days from 8:00 on June 3 to 20:00 on June 10).
The fourth is the department review and points ranking stage (from June 11 to July 10, a total of 30 natural days).
The fifth is the stage of public announcement and settlement (starting from July 11, the public announcement will take 8 natural days, and applicants who have obtained the qualification for settlement after the announcement can go through the settlement procedures).

Falsification will cancel the qualification of points settlement
According to Article 17 of the "Detailed Rules for the Operation and Management of Points Settlement in Beijing", the applicant and the employer shall ensure that the indicator information filled in is true and accurate, and are jointly responsible for the authenticity of the indicator information filled in.
If the applicant provides false materials, the applicant's qualification for applying for points settlement in the current year and the following 5 years will be cancelled; for those who have obtained the permanent residence registration in Beijing, the public security department will cancel it and relocate to the place of residence before Beijing.
If the employer assists in providing false materials, the application for the unit's points settlement will not be accepted in the current year and within the next 5 years.
During the process of points settlement, if the relevant applicants and employers seriously violate the commitments made to the administrative organs, the relevant untrustworthy records will be included in the city's public credit information service platform.
If there is a suspected criminal act, it will be handed over to judicial organs for handling according to law.
In order to seriously declare the discipline, standardize the declaration order, deter illegal and criminal acts, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of applicants who abide by the discipline and law, Beijing has already notified 4 batches of 27 fraudulent personnel in the early stage, and recently identified 10 applicants. Persons committing fraudulent acts, involving not truthfully filling in the duration of the marriage relationship, using invalid marriage relationship certificates, and having criminal records, have been dealt with seriously in accordance with laws and regulations, and the corresponding situation will be reported in the Points Settlement Service Column at the same time.
In 2022, Beijing will further strictly review, expand data sharing, and strengthen joint verification to ensure that the whole process of points settlement work runs under the sun.
Points settlement work does not accept any intermediary services
Regarding the specific arrangements for the settlement of points in Beijing, applicants are reminded to pay attention to the authoritative release information in a timely manner, and log in to the point settlement service column of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to inquire about it.
In order to accurately and standardize the filling and save the time for repeated revisions, the applicant can do a good job of inquiring about the record information of the house lease contract, the information of the own residence, the record information of the academic degree or the certification information, etc. before the application, and then fill in the report after verification.
