To guide all young people towards employment, the new “Youth Engagement Contract” system launched by the State has just been deployed in the south of the Ardennes.

It targets young people under the age of 26 without training or employment, reports

L'Ardennais

.

Through this system, young people can benefit from intensive support to build their professional project, discover trades, train and find a job.

As soon as the contract is signed, weekly entertainment is offered to them.

A partnership to multiply the possibilities

To succeed in making this scheme a success, the Mission locale Sud Ardennes and Pôle emploi have decided to join forces.

Together, the two structures thus offer a wider range of services and more complete support, specifies

L'Ardennais

.

The two organizations, which operate differently, remain independent of each other in their approach.

The Local Mission will propose a course based on collective sessions.

Pôle emploi, for its part, will continue to offer mainly individual support.
