The "Hydrogen Ten Articles 2.0" released this time mainly supports enterprises and private non-enterprise units engaged in the field of hydrogen energy to carry out scientific and technological innovation, achievement transformation, and platform construction.
According to reports, "Hydrogen Ten Articles 2.0" is optimized and upgraded on the basis of the original policy, supporting agglomeration development, assisting technological breakthroughs, and encouraging vehicle application.
Policies focus on industrial agglomeration, upstream and downstream coordination of key components, vehicle promotion and application, and scene construction, etc., continue to increase support, fully cover the demonstration period of the national fuel cell vehicle demonstration city group, and strive to create an enterprise-based, policy-based model. If the investment in R&D and production equipment of the enterprise reaches 10 million yuan (inclusive), a maximum of 20 million yuan will be supported; for products listed in the national fuel cell vehicle demonstration city group key parts catalog, 30% of the national reward will also be awarded. At the same time, enterprises are encouraged to apply for various qualifications, leading topics and standard preparation, with a maximum of 10 million yuan in financial support; for leading national and provincial (city) major topics in the field of hydrogen energy, or leading the preparation of international, national, and Enterprises or institutions that have published industry standards and issued a maximum of 1 million yuan in financial support.

Guide vehicles in the municipal engineering, logistics, dumping, traction, sanitation, tourism, commuting and other scenarios to add or replace vehicles with fuel cell vehicles; support enterprises to purchase fuel cell vehicles, and provide financial support in accordance with the corresponding proportion of the national reward fund standard ; Encourage the development of transportation capacity platforms, and support 5 types of vehicles such as fuel cell medium and heavy trucks and light cold chain logistics vehicles to engage in transportation business. For enterprises that meet the conditions of the national reward standard, each vehicle will be given a maximum of 50,000 yuan of financial support per year.
