Specific measures include implementing the renovation of about 90 large-scale irrigation areas and more than 480 medium-sized irrigation areas, improving irrigation water source projects, canal engineering and measurement and monitoring facilities, promoting standardized and standardized management, and restoring and improving the irrigation area of more than 25 million mu.
At the same time, link up with the construction of high-standard farmland, give priority to building these large and medium-sized irrigation areas into high-standard farmland, and select some qualified large and medium-sized irrigation areas to create a batch of modern digital irrigation areas.
