From 0:00 on April 8, the national railway network will implement a new train operation map.

After the implementation of the new map, the supply of railway transportation products was further optimized. An additional 40,000 tons of coal trains were opened on the Haoji Railway, the national north-south coal transportation channel, and between Jingbian East Station in Shaanxi and Xiangzhou North Station in Hubei. The daily average number of 10,000-ton coal-carrying trains in the section increased to 6 times.

  At 13:20 on April 8, a 71,455 coal-carrying train loaded with 105 wagons and 10,756 tons of coal slowly entered Xiangzhou North Station.

  It is reported that since the first 2 10,000-ton coal trains opened on the Haoji Railway on January 10, a total of 190 10,000-ton coal trains have been operated, and the average daily coal shipment volume of the Haoji Railway is 180,000 tons. The transportation volume will be increased to 220,000 tons, which will play an important role in accelerating the flow of energy, accelerating the economic development of Central China and ensuring people's livelihood.

  The total length of the Haoji Railway is 1813.5 kilometers. It starts from Haolebaoji South Station in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia in the north, passes through seven provinces (autonomous regions) of Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, and Jiangxi, and finally arrives at Ji'an Station of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway. Since its opening in September 2019, a total of 90 million tons of coal has been sent, making it a golden corridor for the country's "North-South Coal Transportation".
