The following warnings are issued:

  1. Operators must strictly abide by the principles of fair, legal, honest and credit pricing, provide consumers with reasonably priced goods and services, and strictly mark the prices clearly.

It is strictly forbidden for operators to drive up prices, hoard, forcibly tie-in sales, fabricate and spread price increase information, and push commodity prices to rise too high; it is strictly forbidden to collude with each other to manipulate market prices; it is strictly forbidden to use false or misleading price methods to deceive consumers or Other operators conduct transactions with it; it is strictly prohibited to violate the regulations on clearly marked prices and other violations of price laws and regulations.

  2. From the date of the issuance of this warning, if any operators are found to have committed the above-mentioned illegal acts, they will be subject to the "Price Law of the People's Republic of China", "Administrative Penalty Regulations for Price Violations", "Guangdong Province Implementing the "Price Law of the People's Republic of China", etc. Laws and regulations shall be strictly investigated and dealt with in accordance with the law.
