In order to speed up the processing of requests, the Interministerial Delegation for Road Safety has decided to set up a second complementary portal called Recours.permisdeconduire.gouv.fr.
The main advantage?
You can do your steps there without having to create a personal account, as is the case on the ANTS platform.
On the other hand, this site is limited to a specific field of application.

Depending on your request, you will be referred to the competent department or can file your claim directly online by providing the required supporting documents.
