According to this, the average vacancy rate in March of the 2600 buildings surveyed was 6.37%, 0.04 points lower than the previous month.



It was the first time in two months that the vacancy rate fell below the previous month, but it was almost flat because there were no major movements due to the cancellation of offices.



With the spread of telework, office demand remains weak and vacancy rates remain high.
