If there is any violation, it will be subject to Article 44 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the People's Bank of China: "The People's Bank of China shall order it to make corrections, sell the illegally used RMB patterns, confiscate the illegal gains, and impose a fine of not more than 50,000 yuan". The regulations stipulate that the parties involved shall be punished in accordance with the law.
