On March 31, the delivery ceremony of the charging and swapping station was held in Fangchenggang Port Area of ​​Beibu Gulf Port, Guangxi Province. The first self-designed electric-mechanical intelligent charging and swapping station in a Chinese port was put into trial operation.

It is reported that the intelligent charging and swapping station only needs 5 minutes for each power exchange process. It uses a heavy truck with a 141kwh battery and can perform container loading and unloading operations for 10-12 hours after power exchange.

This charging and swapping station is the first in the country to apply the "magnetic hoisting" mode to heavy truck power swapping operations, with the functions of windproof and anti-sway.

At the same time, the charging and swapping station is equipped with a number of advanced intelligent power-swapping technologies such as radar ranging and visual AI positioning, which can realize unattended intelligent power-swapping operations.

According to reports, the completion and commissioning of the project has opened up a new operation mode of "new energy collection card + power exchange" for the container terminal in Fangchenggang Port Area, realizing zero-carbon and high efficiency in the process of horizontal container transportation, and realizing energy management and production operations. Organic integration to build a green, circular and low-carbon port.
