On April 2, the China-Myanmar-India international intermodal train (Chongqing-Yangon-Indian Ocean) of the new land-sea channel was launched at the Chongqing Railway Container Center Station.

This international intermodal train carrying "Made in Chongqing" motorcycle accessories will enter Laos from Mohan, Yunnan, and transit to Thailand by road in Vientiane, and finally arrive in Yangon, Myanmar.

The opening of the China-Myanmar-India international intermodal train marks that the new land-sea passage has opened up a new international logistics route from China to Myanmar and the Indian Ocean, and has made a breakthrough in the construction of the new land-sea passage.

It is understood that in the past, Chongqing's goods exported to Myanmar needed to be transported to Shanghai by rail, and then transferred from Shanghai to sea, which generally took more than 30 days.

After the opening of the China-Myanmar-India international intermodal train in the new land-sea corridor, the goods from Chongqing will be exported to Myanmar, and the transportation time will be shortened to about 10 days.
