Cyworld, which resumed service after two years and six months, ranked first in the overall app download rankings in the Google Play Store and Apple App Market.
Cyworld Jet said that Cyworld is currently providing the service normally.
According to Cyworld Jet, services such as mini-room, photo album, dating, and surfing have been restored.
However, an error occurred as app download traffic flowed from some of the app market servers, and real-name authentication failure occurred due to the overflow of users.
Some users criticized it as 'half-open', saying that the connection was not good and the photo album did not open.
Cyworld Jet explained, "In the process of uploading the restored photo album from the dormant account, it is in a standby state due to heavy traffic, and restoration may be delayed by three to four days."
Cyworld has resumed service for the first time in 2 years and 6 months since the web service was discontinued in October 2019.
Cyworld Jet was originally scheduled to launch the Cyworld app service in December of last year, but the schedule was delayed due to delays in app review.
