Aomori Bank and Michinoku Bank, both headquartered in Aomori City, established a holding company "Procrea Holdings" on the 1st to integrate their management.

Our policy is to strengthen our sales force through business integration and increase profits.

Aomori Bank and Michinoku Bank merged their management on the 1st and became a subsidiary of the holding company "Procrea Holdings".

A ceremony to commemorate this was held in Aomori City, and Shinto Narita of Aomori Bank, the president of Procrea Holdings, said, "We would like to work together to develop the region while working together."

And we celebrated the integration by breaking the ribbon-cutting ceremony and Kusudama.

Regarding this integration, the special law, which is not subject to the Antimonopoly Act even if the lending share increases if certain conditions are met, was applied for the first time in Japan.

Through the integration, the two banks will strengthen their sales capabilities by sharing customer information and consulting know-how to increase profits.

The two banks are planning to merge in January 2025, three years later, aiming to improve operational efficiency by consolidating stores.
