is a friendly economic time.

Today (the 1st), I will also be with Jeon Yeon-nam, a reporter from the Ministry of Economy.

I think I'll talk a little bit about my house today. Did the former reporter ever become independent?

How is it?

<Reporter>

Since morning, I'm starting to feel sad because I'm talking about my house, but I'm still not independent and my parents and I are living together.

Still, it seems that there are a lot of people like me that are a little comforting.

People who are between the ages of 18 and 43 in Korea are called the MZ generation.

It is said that 42% of the MZ generation live with their parents.

That's almost half.

It seems to be caught in the statistics more because it includes minors who are 18 or 19 years old.

So how do independent people live?

Our children or the people around us can expect it even if they don’t listen.

It was found that 8 out of 10 people were living on cheonsei or monthly rent and could not afford their own house.

In the midst of this, it was found that about 12% of them were living in their own house, which is a bit envy.

I asked these kangaroos what they needed most to be independent.

Naturally, more than half of the respondents said that they asked for loan support so that they could buy a house or get a jeonse.

<Anchor>

After all, recently, loans have been blocked, and house prices have risen too much to buy a house with salaries after that, and the frustrating situation continues.

<Reporter>

That's right.

So when the kangaroos asked what they wanted other than loan support, they answered that they would provide housing right away.

If it's a loan or anything like that, at least give me a place to live.

The government also said to increase and increase the supply, but this year, for the first time this year, we have decided to supply full-option rental housing that includes all home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners.

This full-option house is available to single men and women aged 19 to 39 who do not have a home, such as college students and job-seekers.

You can live up to 6 years at half the price of the surrounding market.

After looking at some of them, I found that with a deposit of 1 million won and a monthly rent of 300,000 won, you can live in the middle of Jongno-gu, Seoul.

However, just because this is a purchased rental house, it is not a new house.

LH buys the house you already have and then rents it back cheaply.

They say they are also supplying purchased housing to newlyweds, so visit the LH Subscription Center website and see the announcement to see if they meet the conditions.

Also, if any of your children or people around you missed this opportunity because they were busy, it would be good to tell them.

<Anchor>

I think it would be nice if there were more opportunities like this, but if you always look at the houses supplied by the government, the conditions are a little strict, or the location is not good, and there are a lot of things like that.

So many Kangaroos and people who do not have a home yet seem to be looking for a place to live on real estate portal sites and apps.

<Reporter>

That's right.

The fortress really looks like that.

The anchor once went to a real estate portal to look for a property, and he liked the property, so he went.

<Anchor>

It's been a while since I traded real estate, so if I look back on my memory, I don't think I've ever had that experience, but fortunately.

However, recently, I have been exposed to false sales.

I hear these things a lot.

<Reporter>

That's right.

There are many cases of showing houses that are more expensive than the market price or showing false properties like this.

From the consumer's point of view, this is an absurd situation, but starting today, the real estate agents who put up false sales or such fishing products will be fined 5 million won for negligence.

I made a monitoring system to see if the Korea Real Estate Agency thought it would be bad because people were fishing for it, and I investigated the advertisements for sale for just two months in January and February of this year. It is said that there were 37,705 false sales.

Among them, there were 8,400 cases where even after signing a contract directly, they did not sell and advertised.

<Anchor>

30,000 cases in two months.

Looking at this number alone, it seems like a lot, but is this the result of searching through all the advertisements?

<Reporter>

It's not like that.

It would have been nice to have done a thorough investigation, but when I researched only Naver real estate, this amount came out.

Therefore, it is expected that more and more consumers will actually experience it.

So, from the beginning of this year, it was said that it was a grace period for about three months, and from today onwards, the government decided to impose a fine of 5 million won on the real estate agents who did not delete the advertisement for the property even though they completed the contract and completed the transaction.

However, even after the grace period is over, the number of false sales cases like this is still not decreasing.

So, I don't know if it will be refreshing after all the fishing advertisements disappear, but once you see the advertisement, we will continue to check whether this is a fake sale or not, and we still have to be careful.
