Zhongxin Finance, March 31st, the 2021 annual performance report released by Daya Dekor recently showed that during the reporting period, the American HomeLegend LLC, a subsidiary of the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Dekor Group Co., Ltd., became the victim of a telecom fraud, causing the accident. The attackers invaded the Microsoft 365 mailbox system rented by the company, forged fake emails to pretend to be members of the company's management, forged supplier documents and mail paths, and committed fraud.
The company has been filed with local federal law enforcement authorities in the United States and reported to Chinese public security authorities.
The above matters will lead to an increase of RMB 22.7549 million in non-operating expenses of the company in 2021.
