Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology, together with the Ministry of Finance, reviewed the evaluation results, and proposed to recommend Zhejiang, Shandong, Hubei, Jiangsu, and Anhui as provinces for supervision and incentives for innovation-driven development and scientific and technological innovation capacity improvement in 2021.
