  The "Notice" requires that all central enterprises should proceed from the perspective of stabilizing market entities, do a good job in "six stability" work, and implement the "six guarantees" tasks, resolutely implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, actively implement the rent reduction and exemption policy requirements, and effectively Reduce the operating burden of small and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households in the service industry, and demonstrate the responsibility of central enterprises at critical moments.

  The "Notice" requires that all central enterprises shall, in accordance with the requirements of the "Several Policies on Promoting the Recovery and Development of Difficult Industries in the Service Industry" document issued by 14 departments including the National Development and Reform Commission, make arrangements for the county-level administrative areas where the areas listed as medium and high risk areas of the epidemic are located in 2022. Small and micro enterprises and self-employed industrial and commercial households in the service industry that lease the houses of central enterprises are exempted from rent for 6 months in the current year, and the rent in other regions is reduced for 3 months.
